Bit of a rant here:

The launch of Sucker Punch: Prologue has been a poorly handled affair. After making the page and uploading the files I set the game to public an hour before itch.io suffered an downtime. And then, to make matters worse, the game remained unlisted/undiscoverable for a week. The final insult was that when the issue was finally addressed by itch.io, it and the announcement devlog were posted with the original upload dates - so a week late. The cherry on top was some user (troll) posting a 1 star review with no comments - so I will assume they never played it and are just the typical elitist who blindly downrates any game with AI generated content.

All this means the game never appeared properly at the top of the newly released lists and has received very little views/traffic. It's a bit disappointing as support at itch.io never really explained what happened/what the issue was; so I have no information to avoid repeating that. It lowers my opinion of this site... but there isn't much to be done - I'm a single person contributor creating fairly niche content, so I'm just happy to have a place to publish my work. I'll be reconsidering just how generous I plan on being towards this site in the future - but that's a me problem. 

Oh well, such is life. Thanks for letting me vent here. Other than that I am continuing to work on completing the first full chapter of Sucker Punch, unfortunately, I don't have an ETA yet.

I don't like pandering, but if you enjoyed the prolog it would be very helpful to leave a comment or rating to help gain additional exposure.
